This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 6469-CJ7QND, for Grace Family Farms Ltd. for stormwater management facilities serving the phase 2 Greenhouse Development from the lands located at 219 County Road 18 in the Municipality of Leamington, County of Essex, Ontario.
The amendment includes roof water drainage pipe systems, swales, and on-site storm sewers, expansion of existing stormwater management wet pond, one new out let structure and one emergency overflow spillway discharging to the Jacob Fox Drain.
