The Permit to Take Water No. 5034-ATJQLA was renewed for Devil's Glen Country Club on December 9, 2022 for 10 years (permit no. 5300-CKKMQC). Water will be taken from one watercourse for snow-making and water supply purposes located in the Township of Clearview, County of Simcoe, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5832-CLQPNV on December 2, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 4373-8TXQK3 for Capital Paving Inc. for industrial purposes. Permit to Take Water No. 5311-99RRDQ was renewed for Granite Golf Club on November 30, 2022 for 10 years (permit No. 7737-CKKQ2G). Water will be taken from one well for golf course irrigation purposes at the Granite Golf Club, located in the Township of Uxbridge, Ontario.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 2706913 Ontario Inc. for construction dewatering to facilitate construction at the Cedar Crescent Village development, located at 122 Elgin St., Saugeen Shores, Ontario. The permit, No. 4582-CKGU5H was issued on November 8, 2022, with an expiry date of December 31, 2023.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5054-CLMP7E on December 1, 2022, with an expiry date of December 1, 2032. Water will be taken from Pond-Quarry related to dewatering, aggregate washing, dust control and manufacturing activities located in the CIty of Kingston.

Permit to Take Water No. 0657-C6XQC8 for Strabag Scarborough Project Inc. was amended on November 29, 2022, to increase the water taking at the site (Permit No. 1835-CLLLMU).Water will be taken from one well system for construction dewatering purposes at 4700 Sheppard Avenue East in the City of Toronto, Ontario for three years.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4871-CLDJZM on November 30, 2022 to GIP Properties Corp. Water will be taken from one well related to dewatering, aggregate washing, dust control and manufacturing activities, located in the City of Cornwall. The new permit expires on November 30, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1188804864 on November 25, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 3442-BEUKU5 for CRH Canada Group Inc. Water takings will be used for aggregate washing operations at the Cedar Creek Pit in Cambridge, Ontario. The new permit expires on November 22, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4080-CLFLBB on November 24, 2022 to Gerald Best. Water will be taken for a dam/reservoir from La Rue Mills Creek in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario. This permit expires on November 24, 2032. 

The ministry issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5462-CL7REX on November 18, 2022, to St. Mary’s Cement Inc. (Canada) for aggregate washing and concrete production purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the CBM Aggregates Brantford Pit in the County of Brant, Ontario. The new permit expires on November 19, 2032.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 4025-CL9RYP was issued to Penguin-Calloway (Vaughan) Inc. on November 18, 2022, for three years. Water will be taken from a well point system for construction dewatering purposes at 3200 Highway 7 in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

This proposal is for the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 8404-7YBLB2 for Robins Holdings Inc. and is for commercial purposes including water bottling. The new issued permit No. 0022-CL9PPA was issued on November 17, 2022, with an expiry date of November 17, 2032.

A new Permit To Take Water No. 5018-CL7LPN was issued to 2690622 Ontario Inc. on November 16, 2022 for a period of nine years. Water will be taken for construction dewatering and foundation drainage in the City of Markham, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5218-CL2QUP to Minto (Hazeldean) GP Inc. Water will be taken from four ponds for a proposed development that will consist of a mixed-use community, located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. The permit expires on November 14, 2032.

A renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2761-95LSDE was issued to King Cole Ducks Limited (Permit No. 2470-CL2LyU) on November 17, 2022, for 10 years. Water will be taken from four wells for industrial activities, located in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Municipality of York, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-4177007092 was issued to Fourme Corp on November 15, 2022 for a period of four years. Water will be taken from one well for dewatering purposes for groundwater remediation, at 1021 Markham Road in Scarborough, Ontario.

This decision is for a Permit to Take Water for Biigtigong Nishnaabeg First Nation. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes in the District of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

This decision is to amend the Permit to Take Water No. 8161-C8KPLR for De Beers Canada Inc. Water will be taken from one pond for dust suppression and put flooding purposes at the Victor Diamond Mine, located in the District of Kenora, Ontario.
