We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7566-CEBPSY on June 27, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7752-A3BMVA, for Groupe CRH Canada Inc. CRH Canada Group Inc., for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one lake for aggregate washing, located in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water 5603-CDNP7R was issued to Colacem Canada Inc. on May 3, 2022 for dewatering and industrial purposes at the St-Isidore Quarry, located in Saint Isidore, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of May 3, 2032.

The ministry issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4512-CCMNED to The Sarjeant Company Limited (Sarjeant) on June 15, 2022 and expiring on June 15, 2027. Water will be taken primarily for aggregate washing purposes in the Township of Tiny. The ministry has approved one out of the two sources applied for. Details regarding the taking are below.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3004-CEZRNE on June 9, 2022 for 1705 Weston Road Holdings Limited for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken for long term drainage serving a multi-storey mixed use building with underground parking, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

The new permit has an expiry date of June 6, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0104-CCXJCQ on March 29, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 0260-C2FLTB for 1414 Bayview Dev GP Inc. Water will be taken for temporary construction dewatering activities to service a proposed development site, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

A new PTTW 4333-CF5JAJ has been issued to 9287043 Canada Corporation on June 10, 2022 for dewatering purposes located in the City, of Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 7, 2027.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6159895362 on June 10, 2022 for 8188 Yonge Inc. Water will be taken for long-term drainage to service a proposed redevelopment site, located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

The permit expires on June 30, 2027.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. 0003-CE2VCD on May 5, 2022 ,which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 7287-AWTPEG for North Hastings Community Fish Hatchery for aquaculture purposes located in the Town of Bancroft, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 31, 2028.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 0317-BJHRDA for Meridian Brick Canada Ltd./Briques Meridian Canada Ltee. Water will be taken from one watercourse intake for industrial purposes, located in the City of Burlington, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 1777-CEZ2GG on June 1, 2022 for Insitu Contractors Inc. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes, located in the Town of Scarborough, Ontario.

The new permit has an expiry date of June 1, 2023.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4465-CEYPKQ on June 1, 2022 for Deergate Holdings Inc. Water will be taken from five wells for dewatering purposes located in the City of Richmond Hill, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of June 1, 2027.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4064-CEYLKF on June 1, 2022 for Eagles Rest Estates Inc. for water supply purposes. Water will be taken from three wells to supply potable water to the property located at 1552 Bass Lake Side Road within the Township of Oro-Medonte, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of June 1, 2027.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3156880320 on May 26, 2022 for Tribute (Simcoe Street) Limited. Water will be taken through a permanent sub-slab drainage system for long-term dewatering purposes serving a proposed development, located in the City of Oshawa, Ontario.

The new permit has an expiry date of May 4, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3584-CEAQ9S on May 26, 2022. It cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7528-8M5QPX for Ukrainian National Federation of Canada (Toronto Branch). Water will be taken from one well for communal water supply in the Township of Oro Medonte, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of May 31, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7300-CESQP8 on May 26, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1174-AG6QJF for Richmond Hill Christian Community Church, for the purpose of remediation from two wells and one pond in the City of Richmond Hill, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of May 31, 2027.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4743-CEBRVF on May 31, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 8612-BMTNA8 for V!VA Leaside GP Inc. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes at 146 and 150 Laird Drive in the City of Toronto, Ontario. The new permit has an expiry date of December 1, 2024.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4612-CEWQGK on June 1, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 8001-8NULS4 for Wooden Sticks Golf Inc. Water will be taken from one well to irrigate a golf course in the Township of Uxbridge, Regional Municipality of Durham, Ontario. The new permit expires on May 31, 2032.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0443-CEWTMN on June 1, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 3762-ALMGJB for Aqualina Bayside Toronto Inc. Water will be taken for long term dewatering purposes for the Aqualina at Bayside Development in the City of Toronto, Ontario. The new permit expires on May 31, 2032.

A new Permit No. P-300-5154714050 was issued on June 2, 2022 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5334-9BPRPH for Sawmill Golf Limited. Water will be taken from two ponds, one watercourse and one well, for golf course irrigation purposes at the Sawmill Golf Course in the Town of Pelham, Regional Municipality of Niagara, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0644-CEWPGH on June 2, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 0580-BBXGY6 for Sherborne Lodge Developments Limited, for dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond related to construction activities in the Town of Oakville, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario.
