An amendment Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Flavor Fresh Farms Ltd. for the addition of an on-site sanitary sewage treatment and surface water disposal system to serve phase 3 bunkhouse development, located at 635 Mersea Road 7, in the Municipality of Leamington.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1188017630 was issued to CORNWALL GRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED on January 9, 2024, to renew Permit No. P-300-1188017630. Water will be taken from one pond for construction dewatering purposes for nine years.

Director's Direction to Red Rock Mill Development Inc. was issued by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks on January 5, 2024. The direction allows for a controlled discharge of the contents of the basin at the former Red Rock Mill site to be undertaken in a manner that is protective of the environment and Lake Superior.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was issued to Shell Canada Limited for approval of the establishment of stormwater management works to service the existing Shell Retail Fuel Outlet site located at 2801 Midland Avenue, in the City of Toronto, discharging to the existing 750 mm diameter storm sewer located along Midland Avenue.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air) has been issued to Terra Nova Environmental Services Inc., located in Burlington, Ontario. This approval is for one mobile in-situ remediation process for the treatment of contaminated soil and groundwater.

Approval has been granted to amend Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 0483-83SQ78 for AWC Holding Ltd., as general partner for and on behalf of AWC Manufacturing LP, a steel products manufacturing facility located in Tilbury, Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for 490 St. Clair West Property Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on January 5, 2024.
