Proposal details

This proposal is a new Environmental Compliance Approval for existing sewage works at 1563 Highway 35, Kawartha Lakes, in Peterborough County, southwest corner of Fleetwood Road and Highway 35, and consists of forty-three (43) sublots, each with a year-round park model unit trailer.

There are no comfort stations or communal amenities within the Park. Each of the mobile homes located in the Park is serviced through existing individual class 4 on-site sewage septic system, consisting of a septic tank, and a subsurface sewage disposal system (leaching bed), with an overall combined daily design sanitary sewage flow of approximately 43,000 litres per day.
