This proposal is for an amendment for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 5654-9LPKFC for Strada Aggregates Inc., an aggregate manufacturing facility that operates in sand and gravel pits located in the City of Vaughan, Ontario.

The emission sources from the manufacturing and associated processes that discharge to the air including five mobile impact crushing plants, each with a unique crushing, screening, and conveying configuration. The amendment includes reflecting modifications and changes to the facility since previous approval was issued.
