Proposal details
This proposal is for an amendment to the ECA number 9162-DRNMKY as part of proposed Ontario Power Generation’s site refurbishments at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station (PNGS) located at 1675 Montgomery Park Road, in the City of Pickering, Ontario.
The stormwater management works include the installation of new storm sewers, culverts, enhanced ditches, a dry pond, and an underground storage tank for quantity and quality control, to support a proposed extension to existing Parking Area 2, known as Parking Area E2, including associated access roads, internal circulation routes, stormwater management features, landscape areas, and pedestrian connections.
The project involves constructing a new parking lot north of the existing PNGS parking area, with reconfiguration of site grading and drainage patterns to direct runoff to proposed stormwater management infrastructure.
