This proposal is for an amendment to the existing ECA (waste disposal site) No. A-500-9141150669 for TRY RECYCLING INC issued for the use and operation of a waste disposal site with a total site area of 18.2 hectares, to be used for processing, transfer and composting of solid and liquid non-hazardous waste in Middlesex Centre, Ontario.
The proposal includes the addition of a composting facility to the Site. The total amount of waste to compost is approximately 5,000 tonnes a year. The waste disposal site is to serve Ontario.
The hours of operation of the Site are as follows: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The hours of operation of the Site pertaining to the Residential Drop-Off Depot are as follows: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sundays 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Statutory holidays (excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day) 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m..
