This proposal is for a Renewal to PTTW No. 3421-BW5NC6 for water taking from South Dam Collection Pond, which manages runoff from stormwater and spring melt events. The collected water would receive treatment prior to release to the natural environment through an approved Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA). Water is proposed to be taken from one pond, located in Balmertown, Red Lake, District of Kenora, Ontario. Details of the water takings are as follows:
