Proposal details

This proposal is for an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) for waste soil transfer facility for 10173169 CANADA LIMITED. This transfer site is a 2 hectare property located at 500 Gladwish Drive, Sarnia.

The facility will use an asphalt pad and three containment pits in an enclosed structure where liquid soil from HydroVac operations and solid non-hazardous waste soil will be deposited and transferred for final disposal.

The maximum quantity of waste delivered to the site on any given day is 150 tonnes, and 13,600 tonnes annually. The Site will operate from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., April to November, with a reduced winter schedule, and will be closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
