Proposed application 60-C-248086 is to create a new lot. The new lot will have approximately 106 metres of frontage, 764 metres of depth, and 8.15 hectares in size. There is currently one dwelling, serviced by an existing well and septic system. The lot is currently used for permanent residential purposes. No additional buildings or change in use are proposed.

The retained lot will have approximately 250 metres of frontage, 764 metres of depth, and 49.5 hectares in size. There are currently two existing dwellings on the retained lot. The retained lot is serviced by an existing well and septic system. The lot is currently used for permanent residential purposes. No additional buildings or change in use are proposed.

The overall effect of creating this new lot will be to allow for existing uses to remain in place while having separate title to the properties. 

The lands have frontage on Highway 105 in the unincorporated Township of Wabigoon. The subject lands are located approximately 6 kilometres northeast of Vermillion Bay in the Municipality of Machin.
