The proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for industrial stormwater management works serving Markham Metals Ltd., located at 280 Hopkins Street, in the Town of Whitby, Ontario.
The stormwater management works comprise of Stormwater Quality Control, Quantity Control, and Erosion Control works, and include bioswales, and will discharge to an existing pond located southwest corner of the property. If there is any overflow, it will be directed to the roadside ditch located along Hopkins Street.
