This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Niiwin Wendaanimok Construction Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Niiwin Wendaanimok Construction Limited Partnership for the operation of one portable crushing plant, equipped with two crushers, one screener, associated conveyors/stackers, and one diesel-fired engine.

The equipment will be used to produce crushed aggregate throughout the Province of Ontario and can potentially operate 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and 52 weeks per year.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

  • particulate matter
  • respirable crystalline silica (quartz)
  • carbon monoxide
  • sulphur dioxide
  • nitrogen oxides, and
  • noise
