This proposal is for a new consolidated Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for all existing on-site sewage systems servicing the Shamrock Place mobile home park (park) property. The Park is located approximately 1.5 kilometres south of Angus at 8062 4th Line, in the Township of Essa.
There are 68 sites in the Park. 60 sites are serviced by individual sewage systems, each with a daily sewage design flow of 1,600 litres per day. The eight remaining units are serviced by four sewage systems. Each of the four systems services two units and has a daily sewage design flow of 3,200 litres per day. The total daily sewage design flow for the property is 108,800 litres per day.
