This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for BEYOND PET AND EQUINE CREMATION INC. for the operation of a animal cremation facility located in Woodstock, Ontario.

This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including one small cremation natural gas fired incinerator, three medium animal cremation natural gas-fired incinerators and various glazing process and paint/prints area kilns and dehydrators.

Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:

  • nitrogen oxides
  • cadmium and cadmium compounds
  • benzo(a)pyrene
  • chromium compounds (hexavalent forms)
  • mercury, and
  • hydrogen chloride
