This proposal is for an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7259-CJNSBR for existing stormwater management works serving 1266094 Ontario Limited operating as Five Star Farms, for the collection, transmission, and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 1660 Union Avenue, in the Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Ontario.
The modification to existing stormwater management works consist of the following proposed works:
- one Outlet structure (1200 millimetres diameter) connected to the underground stormwater piping system for the two southern greenhouses, related buildings and surrounding areas (catchment area approx. 4.82 hectares) discharging directly through an existing 750 millimetres diameter outlet pipe to a natural water course
- roof water drainage pipe systems and on-site storm sewers discharging roof-top runoff directly into a unnamed natural water course to the south
- surface water drainage pipe systems, swale and on-site storm sewers discharging surface and other runoff directly into a unnamed natural water course to the south
