Our small community nestled in the deep boreal forest of Northern Ontario has been thriving on the forestry sector for decades. Not only saw mills but all attached services. Friends and Kin are numerous providing for their families with forest industry related jobs. Read more

Please do not amend Ontario Regulation 242/08. Crown forests should be protected, as should all species under the Endangered Species Act. For these species to survive their habitat (i.e. forests, including Crown forests) needs to stay intact. [Original Comment ID: 212758]
