My husband and I enjoy the tranquility of living in a rural area. We respect the wildlife and the beautiful landscape that is Caledon. With Bill 66 requiring no checks no balances, no possibility of appeal, we are sitting ducks ready to be plucked!

I object to Bill 66. Leave Farmland alone or invest in this Ontario Farmland. As a nearby resident I would much rather see this land untouch or developed strictly for the purpose of farming. This is pristine green space full of farms and wildlife please leave it that way!

I strongly oppose the passing of Bill 66, parts of which would jeopardize the Greenbelt and other environmental protections; Schedule 10 would proposes to override important planning, water agricultural and environmental protections contained in the Clean Water Act 2006 and the Greenbelt Act, 2005; Read more

Bill 66 constitutes an affront to both the environmental conservation and democratic processes of Ontario. The creation of “open-for-business” by-laws will allow for the circumvention of established environmental regulations by municipalities wanting to attract commercial activity. Read more
