I am all for the changes. I would like to see the front line loggers held accountable for the area in which they are harvesting and made to leave these areas a little more presentable. ie; removing all logs that have been cut and piled, and better control of the slash piles.
To successfully implement the four pillars of the Ontario Government’s Forest Strategy, the government needs to rely more heavily on competent and accountable forest professionals (RPFs).
