Please do not allow Blue Triton to pump clean water from Ontario for profit. Indigenous communities in our province STILL do not have clean drinking water, and it is reprehensible to allow companies to engage in this activity.
Like Nestle before it - BlueTriton's application is to pump clean water from Indigenous lands and bottling it for profit. While dozens of First Nations communities across Canada have not had access to safe drinking water, corporations should not be able to extract water for profit.

I strongly urge the Ministry to deny this permit for water-taking by Blue Triton. It is environmentally unsustainable and violates the rights of the Indigenous peoples on whose traditional territories the site sits.

1) Selling our water resources for profit is WRONG. Especially when community water supplies have not been secured as promised. For example Grassy Narrows, Indigenous cease and desist orders.
2) Plastic disposable water bottles should be outlawed. They are costly pollutants.
