There has been no consultation conducted with First Nations in the creation of the More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022. The government has a duty to consult with First Nations and any work/proposals connected to the act must be halted until consultation has occurred with First Nations.

I am against Bill 23 in all its entirety. Ontario has enough land set aside for housing. This is a land grab for corporate buddies of Ford. They have bought land on 21% interest with the obvious intention of paying such a debt and profiting mightily from resale in development. Read more
