This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to be issued to Good's Realty Inc., for the establishment of stormwater management facilities, as part of proposed autoparts sales and warehouse building, complete with asphalt driveway and parking lot, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from the lands located at 6-8 Wells Street West, in Arthur, Township of Wellington North, County of Wellington, Ontario.

The proposed stormwater management works will consist of an underground storage unit for quantity control and an oil and grit separator for quality control, discharging via Roadside ditch along Wells Street West, into the Four Mile Creek/Conestogo River Watershed.
