I am a working professional. I have had 2 jobs my entire life. I have saved all that I can and I am good with my money. I am no where near able to buy a home. This would allow me to build a home. My parents have a farm that they sever for me to build on. This would allow me to actually have a home.

The Ontario government doesn’t even need to develop this land for more housing, we already have enough of the Greenfield for housing set aside. This is a waste of time and a danger to our future food security and environment. Shame on you. Read more

New housing should not come at the expense of losing valuable farmland in the Greenbelt. Urban sprawl does not help the environment and puts strain on infrastructure, thereby costumg taxpayers and the government more money. Read more

I am NOT in favour of the changes being made to policies and legislation by this current conservative government. During this time of dramatic climate change and the demise of biodiversity, policies and legislation should be strengthened not weakened. Read more
