While this property is zoned for aggregate pit the zoning happened before this area became heavily residential. Putting a contaminated soil plant into a residential area is a risk to health and well being. Read more

Muskoka doesn’t need or want any toxic waste from any other municipalities! They can keep it and deal with their own mess. This type of site on that road would negatively impact the daily lives of the people who live in the road. Read more

The proposal has insufficient information.It states that all wash water will be recycled. Where and how. Their is no information as to the source of the water . If it is a well then it is hard to believe it will not affect the surrounding ground water and wells. Read more
