Proposal details
The application would sever approximately 0.40 hectares of land with approximately 130 metres of frontage onto Highway 570, to be added to the neighbouring lot (to PIN 61218-0212). The lot addition is intended to resolve an encroachment of an existing driveway.
The benefitting lot is approximately 15 hectares in size, with frontage on Highway 570, and is currently used for residential purposes. The proposed retained lot is approximately 20 HA in size, with frontage on Highway 570, and is currently used for residential purposes.
Both properties are serviced by on site services and no new buildings or structures are proposed as a result of this application.
The application will be reviewed for consistency with the environmental policies of the Provincial Policy Statement (e.g. natural heritage, water quality protection). Public comments received or concerns identified will be considered in the review to determine whether the application is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and whether it would have any significant impact on the environment.
