Proposal details
This proposal is for a New Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Atura Hydrogen Inc., as general partner for and on behalf of Atura H2 L.P., operator of a hydrogen production facility, located in the City of Niagara Falls, Ontario.
This application includes all emission sources from the facility that exhaust to the atmosphere including:
- an electrolyzer vent exhaust serving four electrolyzers
- a diesel-fired emergency generator
- a hydrogen purification system
- a hydrogen compressor
- air handler unit
- heaters
- chillers
- cooling towers and the exhaust from production processes
Contaminant emissions to the atmosphere include:
- hydrogen, and
- nitrogen oxides
