This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1010–AMNK8L for Miller Paving Limited. Water will be taken from two watercourse intakes from the South Kahshe River, for the purpose of industrial dust suppression at the McClellan Pit and Quarry, Gravenhurst, Ontario. The new Permit No. 1106-C9FJYH was issued on January 13, 2022 for 10 years.
