Ontario proposes five new protected areas, expansions to 12 protected areas, the re-designation of McCrae Lake Conservation Reserve as a provincial park, and minor changes to the boundaries of two provincial parks to support Highway 17 safety improvements. These changes are proposed under the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006.
