We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8206572870 on March 2, 2023 to Lafarge Canada Inc. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario for industrial purposes located in Bath, Township of Ernestown Loyalist, County of Lennox and Addington, Ontario. This new permit expires on March 2, 2033.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7238-CPHK8R on March 2, 2023 to Wellings of Brockville Inc. for construction dewatering purposes for a residential development. Water will be taken from three ponds located in the City of Brockville, Ontario. This new permit expires on March 1, 2033.

Water will be taken from one well for dewatering and industrial purposes at the Magnacon Mine site, located in the District of Thunder Bay, Ontario. This new permit expires on December 10, 2032.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 1478-CP5JHR on February 17, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 6133-98BMFV, for 2285045 Ontario Inc., for commercial golf course irrigation purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the Grand Niagara Golf Course in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The new permit expires on February 18, 2033.

A Permit to Take Water No. 0008-CNGLS9 was issued to The Weston Golf and Country Club, Limited on February 17, 2023 to renew Permit No. 6082-94XJGH for 10 years. Water will be taken from the Humber River for the purpose of golf course irrigation.
