Water will be taken from one irrigation pond and one well in the Town of Whitchurch- Stouffville, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 5176-D32QP3 was issued to Cherry Hill Club Limited. Water will be taken from two wells and one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at 4105 Garrison Road, in Ridgeway, Town of Fort Erie, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 8063-D3QNM7 was issued to Hornby Glen Realty Inc. on April 4, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7810-BP5JSE for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from a tributary of 16 Mile Creek and an irrigation pond in the Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 3 years.

Certificate of Property Use No. 8575-CVDNVA was issued on March 6, 2024, to ABNA Investments Ltd.. for 9 North Street, Kingston. The CPU will ensure the safe development of the property for commercial/industrial use should it be developed in the future.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been issued to 1876118 Ontario Limited for the operation of a mobile facility, equipped with:

Permit to Take Water (No. P-300-5240975718) has been issued to CRH Canada Group Inc. for the purpose of aggregate washing. Water will be taken from 2 ponds at the Cayuga Quarry, located in Cayuga, Ontario, for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8240232036 was issued to Miller Group Inc for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well for manufacturing purposes at the Halton Concrete (Acton) plant, located in the Township of Eramosa, Ontario.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for The Grenadier Island Country Club under Permit No. P-300-7264054845 issued for 10 years. Water will be taken from two watercourse intakes for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands, Ontario.

Approval is granted for operating a waste disposal site for the processing of liquid soils generated in the Province of Ontario at a facility located at 2355 McGee Side Road in Carp, Ottawa, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 2160-D2EJV8 was issued to Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship of Canada on April 4, 2024, to renew Permit No. 1536-947RLL. Water will be taken from one well for water supply and agriculture purposes for 10 years.
