This decision is to renew and consolidate three Permits to Take Water issued to Enbridge Pipelines Inc. for construction dewatering purposes within Southern Ontario. Permit No. 8835-C9QM9H was issued on January 27, 2022 with an expiry of December 31, 2031.

Under Permit No. 1066-CD6NZB, issued on April 8, 2022 for 10 years, water will be taken from one well to supply water to the campground located in the Township of Amabel, South Bruce Peninsula, County of Bruce, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) was granted to GFL Environmental Inc. for the operation of a mobile facility.

This is a decision for the renewal of a Permit to Take Water issued to 696346 Ontario Ltd. operating as Science Hill Country Club. Under approved Permit No. 5710-CD6SA6, issued April 26, 2022 for 10 years, water will be taken from the North Thames River for golf course irrigation.

The Environmental Compliance Approval application was withdrawn by the company. As a result, no decision was made by the ministry on the application.
