59-C-194392 was amended on April 26, 2021. A new condition was added. Applicants have one (1) year to satisfy conditions otherwise approval will lapse. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is May 17, 2021.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7268907618 was issued to Construction Jadco Inc. on July 29, 2024. Water will be taken from one pond for construction dewatering purposes at 150 Laurier Avenue West, located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

A decision was made to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5445-ATMM95. Permit to Take Water No.1488-BNNQNG was issued to Westbury International (1991) Corporation on May 14, 2020 for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one lake and one pond. The permit expires on December 31, 2022.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on August 11, 2021 in respect of Application 58-C-219973 for a 0.002-hectare lot addition in respect of land described as PIN 62459-0044 in the Unincorporated Township of Killraine, District of Thunder Bay.
