An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air) was issued to Compound Metal Coatings Inc., a nickel plating facility located in the City of Mississauga, Regional Municipality of Peel.

The ministry has issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval to Alexandre Richard for the establishment of seasonal subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 31,450 L/day, to service Lakeside Campground located at 92 Ouellette Road in the Township of Moonbeam.

Permit to Take Water No. 6176-DG6HG5 was issued on May 27, 2025, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4155-9UNJ57 for aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one wash pond in Grey Highlands for 10 years.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for 1000111616 Ontario Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on August 23, 2024.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1301494554 was issued to Miller Paving Limited on November 14, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1513-CVLSC8 for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one pond related to aggregate washing activities, in Elora, Centre Wellington, County of Wellington, Ontario for two years.

Glencore Canada Corporation requested to withdraw their application for a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) as part of the Sudbury Smelter Wastewater Treatment System. The application is considered withdrawn and no PTTW was issued.

Permit to Take Water No. 1726-D2VLK8 was issued to The Trustees, for the benefit of The London Assembly Hall Of Jehovah's Witnesses on March 13, 2024, to renew Permit No. 6747-9JMHCJ. Water will be taken from one well to facilitate heat pumps for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8388852821 version 1.0 was issued to Blythe Dale Holsteins Ltd. on April 14, 2026, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 2522-ABJKAT for aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one pond in the Town of Putnam, Municipality of Zorra, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 2750-DR6MKW has been issued to 2004295 Ontario Inc. renewing Permit to Take Water No. 0578-95BS28, for aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, in the Town of Caledon, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 2775-CHVQSK on September 6, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 1067-AMQQZU, for 2227948 Ontario Limited for pit and quarry dewatering purposes, serving the Black Creek Quarry located in Norfolk County, Ontario. The new permit expires August 31, 2032.

This decision is for establishing sewage works for the collection, treatment and subsurface disposal of up to 25.60 cubic metres of domestic sewage per day for Springwood Cottage Resort (SCR).
