We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8774-CJWQE8 on December 15, 2022 for Richmond Churchill Developments Inc. Water will be taken from two ponds for construction dewatering and groundwater remediation purposes located in the City of Ottawa. This new permit expires on December 15, 2027.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval to 515476 Ontario Limited for their 15 Bethridge Road location to add an adjacent property located at 18 Namco Road to be used for the management of excess soil.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 3807-BEKKZ2 for 581777 Ontario Limited for a new on-site sewage works for the treatment and disposal of sanitary wastewater and kitchen wastewater generated from an existing restaurant, motel and residence.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (Air and Noise) has been issued to Miller Paving Limited, for a hot mix asphalt plant located in Norwood, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on January 2, 2020 in respect of Application 57-C-194100 for the transfer of 0.01 hectares of land from PIN 31386-0094 as a lot addition to PIN 31386-0129, Aberdeen unincorporated township, District of Algoma. The last day this decision can be appealed is January 22, 2020.
