A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to 1287755 Ontario Inc., operating as Pinnacle Acres, for on-site sewage treatment and surface discharging system to serve a two-modular bunkhouse and washroom facilities, located at 435 County Road 18, in the Municipality of Leamington.

This ministry has approved a site-specific air standard for sulphur dioxidefor the Glencore Canada Corporation Kidd Concentrator facility in Timmins, Ontario for a period of five years.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on November 6, 2018 in respect of Application 54-C-175416 for creation of one new lot for rural residential use from lands described 013-3756 61346-0190, Harris Township, District of Timiskaming. This decision has passed the appeal date.

The application for consent for an easement was approved with standard conditions on December 22, 2020. Last date of appeal is January 11, 2021.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8203279111 for Winlake Developments Limited was issued on June 19, 2023 for three years. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 3032-CG5RLY on July 8, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 3240-8VDN3Q, for St. Mary’s Cement Inc. (Canada) for industrial purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the CBM Ready Mix Concrete Plant in Cambridge, Ontario. The new permit expires July 31, 2032.

A Permit to Take Water No. 6857-CCSJDL was issued to Big Cedar (ORO) Residents Association on March 28, 2022, to renew permit No. 2343-8SKST9 for 10 years. Water will be taken from two wells located in Oro-Medonte, County of Simcoe, Ontario, for a communal water supply.

We have issued a Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1183930688 on September 13, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 5544-8ZMNZN, for Lafarge Canada Inc. Water will be taken from two ponds related to aggregate washing activities, located in the Township of Perth, County of Perth. The new permit expires on August 31, 2032.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Cityzen Greybrook BG GP Inc. Water will be taken for construction dewatering and foundation drainage at a planned redevelopment site, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 7847-CDNH5E was issued on April 25, 2022.

This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water (PTTW) No. 1488-BNNQNG for Westbury International (1991) Corporation for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and one lake at the Port Carling Golf & Country Club, in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, Ontario. PTTW No. 1037-CDPMS3 was issued April 25, 2022.

Permit to Take Water No. 4226-C2J3QQ was issued on April 29, 2021 to Huntsville Long Term Care Centre Inc. Water will be taken from two wells for use in an open-loop geothermal system to provide heating and cooling service to the Muskoka Landing Retirement Lodge, located in Huntsville, Ontario. The permit expires on April 28, 2031.

Morley Hoppner Inc. requested to withdraw their application for a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) for construction dewatering purposes. The application is considered withdrawn and no PTTW was issued.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1433802260 has been issued to Bayvieweg Investment Corporation for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 0833-CX5M62 was issued to Daniels Humber River Corporation on November 6, 2023 for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well for long term dewatering purposes at 2175 Keele Street in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
