A new Permit to Take Water No. 7673-BWBR7J for Reid's Heritage Homes Ltd. was issued for short term construction dewatering for a project located at 34 Lowes Road West and 1553-1557 Gordon Street, Guelph.

This decision is for the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 5124-C25QT3, for Kirkland Lake Gold Ltd., for industrial purposes at the Detour Lake Mine, located approximately 185 kilometres north-east of Cochrane, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 2765-CNVS57 on February 10, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 4265-8VDKFN for Waynco Limited for industrial aggregate washing purposes.

The permitted water taking will serve the Myer’s Pit in North Dumfries, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario. The new permit expires on February 1, 2033.

Permit to Take Water No. 6075-BGLJR6 was issued on October 21, 2019 with an expiry date of October 3, 2029.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5298426276 has been issued to EHV Power Inc. for construction dewatering purpose as part of the Islington Transformer Station Project. Water will be taken from five wells, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario for one year.

Agnico Eagle Mines Limited requested to withdraw their application to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5624-BBXNQQ. The application is considered withdrawn and no permit was issued.

We have not approved a new Permit to Take Water for Coon Bros. Sand & Gravel (1988) Limited for the purposes of dewatering, dust suppression and wash pond (pits and quarries). The application was returned to the proponent on February 7, 2019 because it was incomplete. No permit was issued.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0351-CLVLEP on December 8, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 7382-923RM9, for Capital Paving Inc. for industrial purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the Capital Paving Wellington Pit aggregate operation in the Township of Puslinch, Ontario. The new permit expires December 8, 2032.

Permit to Take Water No. 1717-CXBTST was issued to The Sarjeant Company Limited on December 13, 2023 for eight years. Water will be taken from one well for industrial-aggregate washing purposes in the Township of Oro-Medonte, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4234-BJCS2S was issued to Concord Adex Investments Limited for construction-dewatering purposes in the City of Toronto.  The permit was issued on January 20, 2020 and expires January 19, 2030.

This decision is for an amendment to Permit to Take Water for 3642-BZ5RS2 for Devil's Pulpit Golf Association, for the addition of one new water supply well (PW-5). Water will be taken from four wells for golf course irrigation, located in the Town of Caledon, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6614-DJSLBN was issued to Kaneff Properties Limited on July 24, 2025, for the purpose of golf course irrigation.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7375393959 was issued to Drewlo Holdings Inc. on February 24, 2026 for heat pump purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Huron in the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit To Take Water No. 7415-DFAJGC has been issued to Ballantrae Golf Club renewing PTTW No. 3220-BD8HGV. Water will be taken from 11 wells for golf course irrigation and dewatering purposes. Water takings are located in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 2406-BCGR8L was issued, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 6702-7LRS5R. The Permit was issued on May 27, 2019 with an expiry date of May 27, 2029.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 6811-C5KRYK for Golfnorth Management Corp. was issued on August 5, 2021 for golf course irrigation purposes in the City of Waterloo, Ontario.

A Permit to Take Water No. 2530-CNEKXS was issued to Concord Adex Developments Corp. on January 26, 2023 to renew permit No. 1346-B82JN2 for construction dewatering purposes for four years. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 5524-CLWR52 was issued to DK Broadview Inc. on January 4, 2023 for 10 years. Water will be taken for long-term foundation dewatering purposes at 954-958 Broadview Avenue and 72 Chester Hill Road, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.
