Permit No. 8828-BM5QCV was issued on March 23, 2020 for a period of 5 years.

The Permit to Take Water No. 3214-DE8RXH was issued to Lafarge CanadaInc. on March 06, 2025, for renewal of PTTW No. 6554-9R3KFT. Water will be taken from one pond for quarry dewatering, aggregate washing and dust control purposes, located in the City of Kingston, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7294139864 was issued to SEAFORTH GOLF COURSE (1996) LTD on November 6, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3326-95LLPJ for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and one well in Seaforth, Municipality of Huron East, County of Huron for three years.

Permit to Take Water No. 8020-D8UQEG was issued to Deep River Golf Club (1972) Incorporated on September 9, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5016-9MBPTK for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from the Ottawa River in the County of Renfrew, Town of Deep River, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 0000-D7QGGH was issued to The Osler Bluff Ski Club Limited (Angus Subdivision) on August 8, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3218-9P2JR7 for communal water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one well in the town of Clearview, County of Simcoe, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1266999981 was issued to Greely Glen Golf Course Limited on September 12, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 2017-9KTQ6D for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from two wells and two ponds at the Emerald Links Golf Club, located in Greely, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 6827-D2WL7T was issued to Piper's Heath Golf Club Ltd. on March 15, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5605-B2YLNJ for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from three sources in the Town of Milton, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 5 years.

Water will be taken from two wells in the Town of Aurora, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario for 7 years.

A Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1218535620 was issued to Markham District Energy Inc. on September 15, 2023, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3265-AWMPAA. Water will be taken from two wells for industrial cooling water purposes at 8100 Warden Avenue, located in the City of Markham, Ontario, for 10 years.

A Permit to Take Water No. 7260-CQ4PUM was issued to Brampton Brick Limited on March 27, 2023 to renew Permit No. 8731-BUFPMF for five years. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes at the Woodington Lake Golf Club, located in New Tecumseth, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7177-CLWPE7, on December 12, 2022, which cancels and replaces permit No. 3314-BGALVQ, for Meridian Brick Canada Ltd. for quarry dewatering purposes. The permitted water taking will serve the Meridian Niagara Quarry located in Niagara -on-the-Lake, Ontario. The new permit expires on December 12, 2032.
