We approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site) for ReSoil Solutions Inc. for the use and operation of a non-hazardous liquid soil waste transfer/processing site located in the City of Markham, Ontario.

The ministry approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 8273-84ZT97 for Cericola Farms Limited to take water from four (4) sources for food processing purposes, and the requested increase of the maximum number of days per year of taking from 260 days to 365 days per year.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4612-CEWQGK on June 1, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 8001-8NULS4 for Wooden Sticks Golf Inc. Water will be taken from one well to irrigate a golf course in the Township of Uxbridge, Regional Municipality of Durham, Ontario. The new permit expires on May 31, 2032.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Air & Noise) has been granted to 1327827 Ontario Ltd., for the operation of a mobile grinding unit, equipped with a grinding unit, excavator and loader used to process and move the material on location.

An Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued to 1260261 Ontario Inc., located in Chapleau, Ontario. The facility is a repair garage for logging equipment. This approval is for two (2) waste oil heaters, six (6) waste oil storage tanks, and welding operations.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 3786-CCLNWT for Speedside Challenge Inc. was issued on March 18, 2022 for golf course irrigation purposes in the County of Wellington, Ontario.
