Concurrent with the decision to amalgamate licences No. 2129, No. 2130 and No. 2136, approval was granted to amend the consolidated site plan to create a more cohesive operational and rehabilitation plan for amalgamated licence No. 2129.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-25-000094 to STLLR GOLD INC. for early exploration activities.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7303121110 was issued to Miller Paving Limited on November 28, 2024. Water will be taken from one pond for aggregate washing purposes at the Schwartz Pit, located at 581494 Grey Road 25 in Chesley, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 8020-D8UQEG was issued to Deep River Golf Club (1972) Incorporated on September 9, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5016-9MBPTK for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from the Ottawa River in the County of Renfrew, Town of Deep River, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3285597532 was issued to Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions Canada GP to renew Permit to Take Water No. 2240-CQ7LR8 for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one well for water supply purposes at 3239 Dundas Street West in Oakville, Ontario.

New Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3278295570 was issued to 2266 Lakeshore GP Inc. on July 11, 2024, for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one source in the Town of Oakville, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for two years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3241817084 was issued to Mattamy Walmark Development Limited on January 22, 2024. Water will be taken from one pond for construction dewatering purposes for a residential subdivision, located in the City of Markham, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario for two years.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for 490 St. Clair West Property Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on January 5, 2024.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 7721-CS4MZN was issued to Phoenix Golf Management Inc. on June 20, 2023 for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well for golf course irrigation at the Pickering Glen Golf Course, located in Pickering, Ontario.

Big Island Quarries Inc. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a quarry in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
