The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) to Hydro One Networks Inc. for the establishment of stormwater management works to serve an electrical power switching station (pickle lake switch station) located at 5 Pickle Crow Road, in the Township of Pickle Lake, Ontario.

We have amended four producer responsibility regulations made under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016. These changes increase flexibility, reduce burden and simplify requirements for producers.
