We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 6161-BGCKTM for Fresh Venture Farms Inc. for stormwater management facilities, serving Fresh Venture Farms, located in the Municipality of Lambton Shores, County of Lambton, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000179 to RT Minerals Corporation for early exploration activities.

Approval has been granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for modification of sewage works for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater at the Belleville Transformer Station located at 171 Centre Street, South of Highway 401 in the City of Belleville, Ontario.

We have approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval No. 9742-BFQPKY for the establishment of spill containment works at the Jefferson Distribution Station, located in the City of Port Colborne, Ontario.

The ministry approved a new Environmental Compliance Approval (Air) for Miller Waste Solutions Group Inc.'s fabricated products manufacturing and repair facility located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1204366304 was issued to MonONE B and H Limited Partnership on May 29, 2023 for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well for construction dewatering purposes, located in Etobicoke, Ontario.

This Application 60-C-185870 for Consent was given conditional approval on June 14, 2019 and was amended on June 12, 2020.  The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is July 2, 2020.

Permit to Take Water No. 2452-DFALLU was issued to GolfNorth Properties Inc. on April 22, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the Town of Erin, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4100-DHWQ85 has been issued to Glencore Canada Corporation for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from Wahnapitae River, in the City of Greater Sudbury, District of Sudbury, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1323326638 was issued to African Lion Safari & Game Farm Ltd. on April 8, 2025. Water will be taken from one well for wildlife park water supply purposes, located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 8746-DDFS2V was issued to 1656351 Ontario Ltd. on March 5, 2025, to renew the permit 6543-9NSKZA. Water will be taken from one well for the water bottling purposes, located in the Township of Chisholm, District of Nipissing, Ontario.

Application 60-T-198176 to create seven (7) lots, and two (2) blocks on Burley Island was approved on January 28, 2025, subject to conditions. The last date to appeal the decision under the Planning Act is February 17, 2025.

Permit to Take Water No. 4547-DNQLYR was issued on November 25, 2025, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 2310-DJTRA9 for the purpose of golf course irrigation. Water will be taken from the Otonabee River, for 10 years.
