The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000274 to Last Resort Resource Ltd. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to: issue the mineral exploration permit.

Permit to Take Water No. 2452-DFALLU was issued to GolfNorth Properties Inc. on April 22, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the Town of Erin, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval (Waste Site) 20-OWE-45034 for H.T. Dale Services Ltd. c/o Harvey Dale was issued on 04/06/2020 for a hauled sewage site in Hullett Township, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9260944661 was issued to 3030 St. Joseph Inc. on May 27, 2024. Water will be taken from one pond for construction dewatering purposes, located in Ottawa, Ontario.

This decision is for a renewal of a Permit to Take Water for Mitchell Golf Club Inc. for golf course irrigation and other purposes. Under Permit No. 7882-CDVMFG, issued on April 28, 2022 for 5 years, water will be taken from two wells to irrigate a golf course in Mitchell, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 2655-DKPN5C was issued to Knollwood Golf Limited on September 9, 2025. Water will be taken from three ponds for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 1340-BYTL79 has been issued to Evergreen Golf Course Limited on March 22, 2021 for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes in Westport, Rideau Lakes, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 22, 2031.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 2706913 Ontario Inc. for construction dewatering to facilitate construction at the Cedar Crescent Village development, located at 122 Elgin St., Saugeen Shores, Ontario. The permit, No. 4582-CKGU5H was issued on November 8, 2022, with an expiry date of December 31, 2023.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 4242-C2PM2T was issued to C. H. Demill Holdings Inc. for quarry dewatering and dust control purposes at the Long’s Quarry Location.

Exploration Permit was issued by the Director of Exploration. The Exploration Permit is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

Approval is granted for industrial stormwater management serving Doug Chalmers Inc., located at 6802 Highway 89 in the Municipality of West Grey. The stormwater management works comprise of two on-site oil/grit separators and will discharge to an existing storm sewer located at the site.

Application 60-C-210654 was approved on March 10, 2022 subject to conditions. The last date for appeal of this decision under the Planning Act is March 30, 2022.

This proposal is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the existing and proposed subsurface sewage disposal works, rated at 43,550 litres per day, to service a trailer park located at 289 Wollaston Lake Road in the Town of Coe Hill.
