We have approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water, issued to Bruman Construction Inc. to take water from from a quarry sump, wash water pond and a diversion channel located in the City of North Bay, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6614-DJSLBN was issued to Kaneff Properties Limited on July 24, 2025, for the purpose of golf course irrigation.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7375393959 was issued to Drewlo Holdings Inc. on February 24, 2026 for heat pump purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Huron in the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, Ontario for 10 years.

We have approved the renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 7646-7SHHW2 for golf course irrigation and club house water supply purposes.

This application for this Permit to Take Water for Corbo Spring Water Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on August 14, 2024.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7123-CCANQ2 on March 10, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4100-AJSMDF for 801 Albert Street Inc. for dewatering purposes located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 8, 2027.

This decision is for the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2635-8HVQ4R, issued to Rio Algom Limited to take water for the purpose of impoundment of water from Westner Lake to prevent acid generation. Permit was released on March 30, 2021 under permit No. 7475-BYRMXV.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1222748758 was issued to TSMJC Properties Inc. on January 12, 2024, to renew Permit No. 0760-AKFR4A. Water is being taken from two wells for building maintenance dewatering in the Town of Richmond Hill for 10 years.

Daniels HR Corporation requested to withdraw their application for a permit to take water (PTTW) for dewatering purposes. The application is considered withdrawn and no permit was issued.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 7353-8GLPMB for YMCA Simcoe Muskoka for water supply purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Couchiching for water consumption at YMCA Geneva Park, located in the Township of Ramara. Permit To Take Water 7305-C9AL5Z issued on February 10, 2022.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 0443-CEWTMN on June 1, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 3762-ALMGJB for Aqualina Bayside Toronto Inc. Water will be taken for long term dewatering purposes for the Aqualina at Bayside Development in the City of Toronto, Ontario. The new permit expires on May 31, 2032.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 2247-BZCPM4 has been issued to North American (Goulbourn) Corporation on April 7, 2021 for construction dewatering purposes for a proposed multi-storey building located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 8, 2031.

The application for this renewal to PTTW No. 3618-9HYLD8 was cancelled on June 05, 2024.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1278761252 was issued to GARDENS COMMUNITIES (HAGERSVILLE) INC. on August 23, 2024. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes to allow for the construction of a proposed residential development, forcemain, and pumping station, located in Hagersville, Ontario for 10 years.
