We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5200977842 on February 23, 2023, which cancels and replaces Permit No. 8106-97XN5X, for Brantford Golf and Country Club Limited for commercial golf course irrigation purposes. The new permit expires on February 22, 2033.

A Permit to Take Water No. 2530-CNEKXS was issued to Concord Adex Developments Corp. on January 26, 2023 to renew permit No. 1346-B82JN2 for construction dewatering purposes for four years. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8206572870 on March 2, 2023 to Lafarge Canada Inc. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario for industrial purposes located in Bath, Township of Ernestown Loyalist, County of Lennox and Addington, Ontario. This new permit expires on March 2, 2033.

Permit to Take Water No. 5071-DB8SXJ was issued to C. Villeneuve Construction Co. Ltd. on November 26, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6425-956QAJ for pit and quarry dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one pond at the Larabie Pit located in the District of Cochrane, Ontario for 9 years.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the following exploration permit applications: PR-17-11186 to Moneta Porcupine Mines Incorporated for early exploration activities in Cody and Matheson Townships.

The decision is to refuse the permit.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1343620455 has been issued to Seaway Golf Ltd for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse, located in the Municipality of South Dundas, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9299282207 was issued to Heidelberg Materials Canada Limited on November 7, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 7250-9ADLGT for manufacturing water cooling purposes. Water will be taken from Lake Ontario - Adolphus Reach in the County of Prince Edward, Ontario for 9 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 0465-D8UJYY was issued to Onondaga Camp Co. Limited to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8761-9N5QK for water supply - campground purposes. Water will be taken from one lake for water supply purposes, located in the Township of Minden Hills, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 7102-D4GMT2 was issued to Preston Sand & Gravel Company Limited on July 8, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 4761-B8QQVQ for aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one well located in the Township of Woolwich, Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Ontario for 5 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1477-D4GLXE was issued to Peacock Point Cottage Owners Association Inc. on August 7, 2024 to amend Permit to Take Water No. 8037-BX3QJ4 to increase the maximum volume per day for communal water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one lake (Lake Erie) located in the Town of Selkirk, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6866-D34JAC was issued to Zamparo Industries Inc. on April 4, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6731-974RQ6 for pit and quarry dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one settling pond in the Township of Esquesing, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 3383-D2HQYA was issued to ClubLink Corporation ULC, operating as Georgetown Golf Club on May 10, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5857-B9CKZA for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one irrigation pond in the Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 10 years.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 9, 2024 in respect of Application 60-C-220676 to create one (1) new resource-based recreational lot.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8240232036 was issued to Miller Group Inc for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well for manufacturing purposes at the Halton Concrete (Acton) plant, located in the Township of Eramosa, Ontario.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. 3257-CWKMTV on March 11, 2024, for Preston Sand and Gravel Limited. Water will be taken from one supply pond for aggregate washing purposes to support industrial activities at the Blair Pit in Cambridge, Ontario. The new permit expires on February 28, 2034.

Permit to Take Water No. 5810-CUYP63 was issued to Da-Lee Dust Control Ltd. on February 7, 2024. Water will be taken from one watercourse for manufacturing purposes, in the Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal, Ontario, for 10 years.

A Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1192244932) was issued to Toronto Standard Condominium No. 2794 on March 24, 2023 to amend an existing Permit to Take Water for 10 years. Water will be taken from one well, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario, for foundation dewatering.
