Thomas Cavanagh Construction Ltd. was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Township of Lanark Highlands.

Permit To Take Water for Agnico Eagle Mines Limited for mine dewatering purposes was issued. The application was evaluated by technical staff, and the decision was made to combine two permits (ERO # 013-5214) together, with some reporting and monitoring conditions included. The permit was signed on September 16, 2021 under permit No. 8357-C5SR5.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition was granted on March 21, 2023, subject to conditions.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 8440-8GCLCD. Permit to Take Water No. 1805-BZLJRZ was issued to Nobleton Lakes Golf Course Ltd. on April 15, 2021 for a period of 10 years for the purpose of golf course irrigation in the Township of King, Regional Municipality of York.

The Minister has issued a new market-based LNA Methodology for the Greater Golden Horseshoe (2020) which supports implementation of A Place to Grow (“the Plan”). A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Regal Greenhouses Inc. for an existing greenhouse stormwater management facility located at 1612-1616 Niagara Stone Road, Virgil, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.

A new Permit to Take Water No. 3004-BVVRRU was issued to R. W. Tomlinson Limited. Water will be taken from three wells related to manufacturing purposes, located in the City of Ottawa.

Permit to Take Water No. 7210-BG6TJD was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7406-9YUKQH. The permit was issued on October 7, 2019 with an expiry date of September 19, 2029.
