Permit to Take Water No. 6027-DP3QDG has been issued to Amrize Canada Inc. renewing Permit to Take Water No. 3730-A2NNYT for industrial aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one lake source, located in the Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and The Islands, Ontario.

We have approved the renewal of permit no. 6787-9TNM7U. It was replaced by permit no. P-300-2066742178 for Arriscraft Canada Inc. for manufacturing purposes in Cambridge, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 7468-DJCPPX has been issued to Bigwin Island Golf Club renewing Permit to Take Water No. 5178-9XUJTP for golf course irrigation purposes. Water taken is from one lake located in Muskoka.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 7123-CCANQ2 on March 10, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 4100-AJSMDF for 801 Albert Street Inc. for dewatering purposes located in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of March 8, 2027.

This decision is for the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 2635-8HVQ4R, issued to Rio Algom Limited to take water for the purpose of impoundment of water from Westner Lake to prevent acid generation. Permit was released on March 30, 2021 under permit No. 7475-BYRMXV.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1222748758 was issued to TSMJC Properties Inc. on January 12, 2024, to renew Permit No. 0760-AKFR4A. Water is being taken from two wells for building maintenance dewatering in the Town of Richmond Hill for 10 years.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. P-300-5206242253 on August 4, 2023 to Meaford Golf Course Inc in Meaford, Ontario, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 6322-98RNLD. Water will be taken from one pond and one watercourse for golf course irrigation. The new permit expires on October 1, 2033.

A Permit to Take Water No. 7243-C8WRQM was issued to St. Marys Cement Inc. (Canada) on January 5, 2022, to renew Permit No. 5180-8SRPQJ for dewatering purposes for 10 years. Water will be taken from a quarry sump for the purpose of dewatering at the Bowmanville Quarry, located in Bowmanville, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 8258-C62SFT on August 23, 2021, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 8613-8K4RBV, for Lakeside Golf Club 2018 Inc. located in West Guilford, County of Haliburton, Ontario

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of August 23, 2031.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1518273161 on November 4, 2022, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 7734-8X7KW4, for Lafarge Canada Inc. Water will be taken from one well for the dewatering of future active portions of the quarry, located in the Town of Concord, Ontario. The permit expires on November 5, 2032.

A new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1113540720 for Vale Canada Limited was issued on December 6, 2021 for remediation purposes for a project located at City of Port Colborne, Ontario.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Vale Canada Limited. Water will be taken for construction dewatering purposes to support the G6 Reservoir improvement project at the Copper Cliff Smelter site, located at 155 Balsam Street in Copper Cliff, Ontario.

We have issued Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9195513510 on December 18, 2023, for Miller Group Inc. in Horton, Ontario for industrial purposes. The new permit expires on December 1, 2032.

Permit to Take Water No. 6343-BAFRAQ was issued, which renews and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 1231-A97RJ5. The Permit was issued on April 24, 2019 with an expiry date of  April 24, 2029.

The Ministry is no longer proposing to issue this permit to LAFARGE CANADA INC as the proponent was changed to Amrize Canada Inc.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 4820-CLNLD3 on November 30, 2022 to GIP Properties Corp. Water will be taken from one well for dewatering activities at the Henderson Quarry, located in Kingston, Ontario.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for Daniels Emshih Oakvillage Corp. was withdrawn by the applicant on January 10, 2025.

This approval is for a renewal of Permit To Take Water No. 8575-7MDQBJ for commercial purposes. Water will be taken from four (4) ponds. Permit no. 1877-BAPLBH was issued on March 28, 2019 for a period of 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 0516-BGCP34 was issued on May 16, 2024, to NOVA Chemicals Corporation. Water will be taken from one watercourse for industrial purposes.
