We issued a permit amendment to KSDA Development Corporation to correctly identify a Butternut Tree Number in their permit, and to update the authorization for this particular Butternut Tree to enable KSDA Development Corporation to finish their proposed works.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for 1001-1037 Queensway Inc. Water will be taken from one well for long-term drainage, located in the City of Toronto, Ontario. Permit to Take Water No. 3332-CCHLSZ was issued March 14, 2022.

On August 30, 2024, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 337/24 in the City of Port Colborne. The Zoning Order was requested by the Minister of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

Permit to Take Water No. 8827-BJCKZN was issued to BEMP Holdings 2 Inc. for dewatering purposes on December 06, 2019 and expires on December 20, 2024.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6252957016 was issued to CRH Canada Group Inc. on July 11, 2024, to renew the permit 4256-A33JA5. Water will be taken from a quarry sump for the purposes of dewatering and aggregate washing at Buckhorn Quarry, located in Dunsford, Ontario.

The Minister has issued a socio-economic benefit permit under the Endangered Species Act, 2007 to Metrolinx to improve public transit along the Barrie, Kitchener, Lakeshore East, Lakeshore West, Richmond Hill, Stouffville, Union Station and Union Pearson GO Transit Corridors. It includes actions to mitigate impacts and other key requirements.

A provisional consent was granted subject to standard conditions on August 8, 2025. The last date to appeal the decision in August 28, 2025.
