A new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) Number 6318-C8KS8N was issued to Metrolinx for the stormwater management works and storm sewers to serve Bradford GO Station Bus Loop Construction and Parking Lot Expansion located in the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6332-D3ZLKB was issued to Rogers Communication Inc. on May 8, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 70713-9DTKMJ for groundwater remediation purposes. Water will be taken from one remedial well system in the City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9301447407 was issued to Miller Paving Limited on November 25, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 2788-CVMHPA for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one pond related to aggregate washing activities, in Elora, Centre Wellington, County of Wellington, Ontario. for 10 years.

We issued an Amended Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility to Durez Canada Company, Ltd., a thermosetting phenolic resins and moulding compounds manufacturing facility located in the Town of Fort Erie, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000373 to Tyko Resources Inc. for early exploration activities north of White River, Ontario

We issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) to Active Industrial Solutions Inc., an electroplating facility that manufactures reflex molds, located in the Town of Tecumseh, County of Essex, Ontario.

This decision is for a renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 5482-A6DSHF. Permit to Take Water No. 5435-BYSTH5 was issued on April 1, 2021 to Fowler Construction Company Limited for aggregate washing purposes at the Madhill Quarry site, located in Huntsville, Ontario. The permit expires on March 31, 2031.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 5513-BNVLF8 on April 30, 2020, which cancels and replaces Permit to take Water No. 0147-8AKRQ6, for Wolfe Island Riverfront Golf Course Inc. located in Frontenac Islands, Ontario.

The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of April 30, 2030.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Galibier Materials Inc. for approval of the establishment of works for the collection, transmission, treatment and reuse of up to 9,464 litres/minute of wash water from aggregate washing operations located at the existing Galibier Lewis Pit located in the Springwater Township, County of Simcoe.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on October 3, 2023 in respect of Application 60-C-239263 for a lot addition for resource-based recreational use on lands described as PIN 42180-2605, in the community of Minaki, District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is October 23, 2023.

This ministry granted an Environmental Compliance Approval for the existing greenhouse stormwater management facility serving H.& A. Mastronardi Farms Ltd., located at 1875, 1899 and 1911 Seacliff Drive in the Municipality of Kingsville, County of Essex.

The ministry renewed an Environmental Compliance Approval (waste site) for a hauled sewage disposal site as described in this notice.
