Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on January 30, 2020 in respect of Application 56-C-191722 for the creation of one new resource-based recreation lot on lands described as PIN 65062-0028, Township of Opasatika, District of Cochrane. The last day this decision can be appealed is February 19, 2020.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Jones Falls Hospitality Inc., for the modifications and updates to existing four sanitary sewage treatment and subsurface disposal systems, serving a seasonal hotel/restaurant - Hotel Kenney, located at 59 Kenney Road, in the Township of Rideau Lakes, Ontario.

The ministry approved the renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 8273-84ZT97 for Cericola Farms Limited to take water from four (4) sources for food processing purposes, and the requested increase of the maximum number of days per year of taking from 260 days to 365 days per year.

Permit Issued. The exploration permit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Permit PR-19-000099 Issued. The exploration permit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Toyota Boshoku Canada, Inc. requested to withdraw their application for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise).

The application is considered withdrawn and no approval was issued.

Application 60-C-215541 was approved on April 13, 2023, subject to conditions. The last date to appeal this decision is May 3, 2023.

This decision is to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1143-9BNGAN for 1895357 Ontario Inc. Water will be taken from two wells for water supply and irrigation purposes at the Nipissing Manor Nursing Care Centre, located in Corbeil, Municipality of East Ferris, Ontario.

The Environmental Compliance Approval No. 5260-A9FQZZ (waste disposal site) for Compass Minerals Canada Corp. was amended to establish and operate a new cell at the existing waste disposal site, located in the Town of Goderich, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. 6161-BPMQF9 on May 15, 2020 which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 6147-ANKPMB for "Crosslinx Transit Solutions Constructors" in Toronto, Ontario. The new Permit to Take Water has an expiry date of May 15, 2022.

W.O. Stinson has been granted permission to manifold the Stage I vapour recovery header on the regular and premium gasoline underground storage tanks at the new bulk plant.

The last day this decision can be appealed is October 23, 2023.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on December 2, 2025 in respect of Application 60-C-245363 for a lot addition in the unincorporated community of Minaki, District of Kenora. The last day this decision can be appealed is December 22, 2025.

An Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued to Geosyntec Consultants International, Inc., located in Toronto, Ontario. The facility undertakes soil remediation.
