This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Zorway Development Limited for construction dewatering and foundation drainage purposes. Permit No. 8078-BX8MWQ was issued on January 29, 2021 for a period of 10 years.

A decision was made on June 28, 2019 to approve with modifications, Official Plan Amendment 47 to the District Municipality of Muskoka Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 2018-40. Notice of this decision was issued on June 28, 2019.

Application for the establishment of industrial stormwater management Works to serve development of Linamar Corporation, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off from a total catchment area of 14.63 hectares, to provide Enhanced Level water quality protection and erosion control, discharge to roadside ditches.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-20-000082 to Matthew Marion for early exploration activities approximately 28 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake Ontario, in Elliot and Thackeray Townships, District of Cochrane, North East Region.

Application 58-C-215736 was approved with modification on August 30, 2023 subject to conditions.  The last date to appeal with decision under the Planning Act is September 19, 2023.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval is granted to Van Hoffen Farms (1999) Ltd. for existing stormwater management works serving adjoining greenhouse properties of 316 Mud Street West and 496 Inglehart Road, Grassie (Grimsby), Ontario L0R 1M0.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval with limited operational flexibility has been issued to Roxul Inc. for all sources of air emissions from their facility located at 805 Steeles Avenue East in Milton.

We issued an amended Environmental Compliance Approval to NOVA Chemicals Corporation, a petrochemical manufacturing facility located in St. Clair Township, Lambton County, Ontario.

This renewal of Permit to Take Water No. 4015-AWPM7P, servicing Cable Bridge Enterprises Limited, for water supply purposes, was approved on April 26, 2021 under Permit No. 3163-BYJL8K. This permit expires on April 26, 2031.

This proposal was for a renewal to Permit To Take Water No. 4786-A33PDR for 3M Canada Company. Water will be taken from two (2) wells (one main well and one back-up standby well) for industrial cooling water purposes in the City of London, Ontario. Permit No. 2421-BP3QJX was issued on May 26, 2020 for a period of 5 years.

The permit application has been withdrawn and terminated at the proponent’s request.

A decision was made on May 28, 2020 to approve all of the Official Plan for the Township of Baldwin with seventeen (17) modifications.

The ministry has closed an application for a permit by the Corporation of the City of Pembroke to carry out sanitary sewer works in Pembroke, Ontario that would have impacted Butternut and its habitat. No decision was made and no permit has been issued.
